Hard to predict. One year ago I would say something around 600 and 900. But Stake is being clownish with the way they calculate bonuses nowadays, so you can expect as low as 100 bucks or as high as a few Ks.

Hard to say out of experience, but since you have -7k loss I'd take a wild guess and say anywhere from 1000-2000$
