I was scammed from my monthly

I was meant to collect my monthly today but to my surprise, my monthly was "already claimed"

When I checked the bets, my monthly was claimed while I was sleeping, and the bets were made within the same second and my 3k$ monthly was completely gone and according to the person assisting me, of course "there is nothing we can about it"

I was definitely not hacked and this was definitely done by the casino

Losing hundreds of thousands of dollars and they can't even give me a 3k $ monthly

So how did I get my bonus and waste them all in the same minute on a game I do not play? "(3:47 am withdraw time, and all bets made at the same time)

It's also amazing that the bets made were a  bet that I never made, 90$ bet on a 1% chance on dice

This is weird? … why would stake do that for just 3k? For me it is a lot of money 3k … but for stake is that drop in sea … have you check from which device was log in?

Yes I have checked and there was nothing there other than the usual. A while ago I was losing a lot, so I asked for a bonus which I received a total of 2,000 $ after losing almost 200,000 $, so they decided they did not want to give me this monthly and obviously scammed me by making it seem like I lost it and bet on a game that I do not play with a win chance of 1.1.

I needed that money and was going to withdraw it, but they had to treat a loyal customer like that

This is disgusting and I hope everyone gets to see this to realize that kind of people they are

Wtf is this?! If you haven't done the bets then obviously someone had your credentials and details... but the weird part is why not just withdraw from the "suspicious" person POV.

Makes no sense

This needs immediate actions and response from someone ASAP.

Feels disgusting

@AleksandarZ Hello friend. Could you have a look into this please and help this user, please?

I get an e-mail code every time I log into my account, and during this time, there was no e-mail code sent, which means that no one tried logging into my account. My account was never hacked and is not hacked. Even a hacker will not waste my monthly like that, and try to withdraw the funds instead of doing this

Another thing is that the monthly was sent on Telegram at 8:07 am, and the funds were put into my account at 3:57 am

They bet exactly 90$ multiplied by 32 gives exactly 2880 and i was left with 0$

This was calculated and it was not a hacker

At least I got the Monthly bonus through email, 6 hours before the TG notification. Are you sure you are not affected by Pass-The-Cookie attack? As that will bypass any 2FA/Login codes and get access to your account, but it wouldn't let them withdraw/tip the money forward as that would require another code.

The "hacker" would need access to my email!/ Telegram AND Stake account. i am pretty sure no one has any of that much information
it does not make any sense at all

If you are a victim of Pass-The-Cookie attack, they get access to everything you have active session open in your browser/You have logged in from your devices. And as the monthly link is same for everyone, they can just try to redeem it with your account.

I understand that but it does not make any sense why a hacker would want to throw my money away in a way that it is calculated exactly after 32 bets by putting $90 each and losing exactly my monthly amount

@Doofus - this is very interesting, why don't you start a scam accusation thread on Bitcointalk?

I will do that

Omg 😲 dude are u serious I mean how ???I don't think stake have done that..this is really serious case 😳

It is really disgusting. I am completely shocked about the way they replied with no help at all. I have wagered over 30m $ and this is how they assist their "loyal" customers.

This is more than weird, or bizarre!? IDK what to say. But, as you mentioned @Doofusyou have never made a low percentage bet such as this, ever, for anything near this amount and have never made it 32 times in a row, to exactly drain your account to zero. I would have to agree that it is not your fault. I am no tech pro, but that would seem odd and bizarre for hackers to do this as they did as well. Something just doesn't add up, and I don't know who to blame. But I do believe you wouldn't do this. Who would? There needs to be an investigation, and I truly hope Stake finds something they can point to, and then return these funds back to you.

The one who got access to his account so easily because he couldn't transfer his money without leaving any trace made a malicious move, don't think stake company would do such a thing to take 3k from any of the clients

This is not new. A week ago I had first big win of my life 49000x on San quitino that was 10k $ but immediately I was unable to withdraw money as was said my weekly limit it reached try after 24hrs this went until 6 days straight until I lost all my money and immediately I was able to withdraw. All this while I was able to deposit as much as I want btw. Live support no help, email no reply check forum I have posted about it all with proofs.

this is ridicolous. stake has def not stolen your monthly. do you really think stake does care about 3k? they make more in a split of a second. you have no idea what you are talking about. how do you know you are not hacked? you obv dont even know what a pass the cookie attack is. i know one of the leading experts in cyber security(in my country) and im pretty sure they wouldnt even say that they are sure they arent hacked. they only way you could be kinda sure you are not hacked is when your device is not connected to the internet in faraday cage in a bunker under water on mercury:) people got hacked by wall socket or audio frequencies(which you cant hear), or or or. there are plenty of ways to hack someone.

which kinda os do you use? do you use a selinux build from scratch? is your system virtualised?

there is no way you can be 100% be sure that you are not hacked.

secondly no one needs access to your telegram to access your stake account. the monthly link is for all plats the same.

what happened ist not the first time. other people happened that before. their acc got hacked. the hacker notices that they cant wd the funds because of 2fa or email code, or whatever and then they just rip it.

im sorry for your loss but it was def not stake.

*do you run your system in a virtualized environment?

So, let's say a hacker did this because he was angry he couldnt withdraw the amount. The amount was completely lost into stakes website, which means it is back into their account.
Do you think I care about 3k$ ? Ive wagered 30 million $

This is just weird that it happened. I have a daily reload of 500$, how come that it is still in my account everyday and not played with?

At least, they should refund it back if they suspect a fraud, since the money is back into their account. Not tell me that it is my fault that their security is shit

yeah thats true. stake should at least look into that and could refund it because it was lost on originals(on 3rd party slots its sth else). on the other side when they start to refund that a lot of people will request the same. onyl because you never played dice doesnt mean you gave it a try one time.

maybe an admin can check the log files.

and yeah i heard that before that the hacker was angry or whatever and then ripped the balance. that did happen before on at least one other acc. i dont know how or if stake solved that problem.

I already did and removed whatever session was there and it seemed that it was my PC and i was removed and had to re-log in. Even same location that i use Stake from.
No, I do not have a cat or dog that will make a 90$ bet 32 times (90x32=2880). The exact amount my monthly was supposed to be
