Be patient bro, give them some time if they can spot a hack, which is not that easy

I am patient brother. I was just disappointed by their reply that I am the one in fault and nothing can be done when it is obvious there is something happening

They could have easily said that we will look into it and let you know

I already did and removed whatever session was there and it seemed that it was my PC and i was removed and had to re-log in. Even same location that i use Stake from.
No, I do not have a cat or dog that will make a 90$ bet 32 times (90x32=2880). The exact amount my monthly was supposed to be

someone tagged aleksandarz. he is the best. i think you have to be patient and wait for his reply.

(and when you say it seemed to be your pc you should be careful with that computer. you could have a trojan or sth. i guess then it will be difficult for stake to refund that. they cant see a difference then on their side.)

edit:

i was too slow. dont be dissapointed. you should not forget that support is not trained in in cybersecurity and they do get a lot of such kinda requests. "someone else played on my acc and lost my balance, can you refund it".

It's not your fault, but not everyone can understand it

There are 6 explanations for this as far as i can think:

1. Your active session cookie was stolen.

2. Your API was leaked/stolen.

3. Any active betting bot that might have done it, less likely but possible.

4. You have an alternative personality which was conscious during the claim and bets and you dont remember it, did you try going through your browser history?

5. Someone with that level of access from stake f*cked you over.

6. Someone close to you played from your account from your pc/phone and is unable to confess due to huge loss; would make sense if you weren't alone when monthly landed.

Gl with the process tho, i know stake is a pain in this kind of shit. they simply donot give a f*ck.

I would really like to help here but how can you help someone who claims a casino stole $3k from their account and gambled with that money 🤔

You can just contact our live support and report the problem you have, that's all I can suggest 🤷‍♂

Someone? Excuse me, I haven't been playing for 2 days and came and "claimed" that a casino stole from me. I have played with millions of dollars for almost a year now

But yeah, that's what they will say: "Contact our live support"

Thanks for the "support"

I don't need your 3k$, just wanted to show the stakers here what kind of "member" we are

I play with the money I want to, and lose or win the money I want to, but when money is taken from me against my will while I am sleeping, yes, someone has stole them, and if it wasn't the casino then you might as well help and check how this happened

These wagered amounts and deposits like these all going into your wallets and you're calling me a "Someone"

Shameful and disgusting

Mate, first of all, i hope you solve this problem and that it is dealt with.

If i might add, your story seems very weird, the casino doesn't need your money, Stake does not steal our money nor gamble it, 3k for them is like 10 cents for us.  Just think with me, if you have 2FA or need email confirmation then anyone that hacked you couldn't withdraw your money, which is the LOGICAL thing for a hacker to do, and even if their intention was just to have a balance to get a "fix" and gamble a bit, why would they play such a boring game and rinse all the money in less than 40 bets?

I know you are very upset right now, but you gotta understand that we are looking at this situation from the outside, and it doesn't make much sense! A hacker could login into your account and then just "erase" that session. If you have family/friends that have access to your account you should probably check with them first. Stake support is fantastic and their company don't need to scam us to be profitable, the house edge takes care of that part.

It's called being professional and it's how the vast majority of business is done across the world. The customer isn't always right, but for a company who proudly claim to have won an award for customer service, it's incredible how much shit the staff at stake give to the people who are putting food on their table.

This is kind of funny because there is no way to check if you just didn't lose it yourself having a bad luck. But if that's not the case I hope you will achieve justice.

this is ridicolous. stake has def not stolen your monthly. do you really think stake does care about 3k? they make more in a split of a second. you have no idea what you are talking about. how do you know you are not hacked? you obv dont even know what a pass the cookie attack is. i know one of the leading experts in cyber security(in my country) and im pretty sure they wouldnt even say that they are sure they arent hacked. they only way you could be kinda sure you are not hacked is when your device is not connected to the internet in faraday cage in a bunker under water on mercury:) people got hacked by wall socket or audio frequencies(which you cant hear), or or or. there are plenty of ways to hack someone.

which kinda os do you use? do you use a selinux build from scratch? is your system virtualised?

there is no way you can be 100% be sure that you are not hacked.

secondly no one needs access to your telegram to access your stake account. the monthly link is for all plats the same.

what happened ist not the first time. other people happened that before. their acc got hacked. the hacker notices that they cant wd the funds because of 2fa or email code, or whatever and then they just rip it.

im sorry for your loss but it was def not stake.

*do you run your system in a virtualized environment?

Bro, Stake does care about every cent here.....

1. Yes it's quite unlikely that Stake (as a company) has fucked you over because they didn't want to give you your 3k monthly. But it's not impossible for some rogue employee with necessary privileges to have done it (for whatever reason). Only quite unlikely.

2. The vastly more plausible explanation is, someone has access to your API-token (many bets for exactly an integer fraction (/32) all in rapid succession is typical for bets placed via API) or (also quite common:) has access to your active session cookies (extracted from your browser via malicious code/executable of any sort). Don't rely on the sessions tab for proof, any hacker only modestly competent would close their session at the end or mimic your past locations via vpn/sockets/location spoof. One of those 2 possibilites is most likely the correct one.

3. Someone close to you in real life (somebody who has access to your PC/phone while you're sleeping) gambled away the whole 3k and is too embarassed to come forward. Also, quite unlikely and pretty easy for you to rule out.

Should a competent support team come up with those explanations by themselves? Maybe, given the fact that you're a diamond high roller I would even say, yes, definitely they should have provided those right away (took me 2 minutes to come up with them). Further investigations about login/IP used etc. should obviously follow. That's the whole reason support staff exist anymore, without those kind of human attention any other support staff can (and will be) replaced by Chat-GPT soon.
I agree that the shown level of support is underwhelming to say the least. But your theory about what happened to your monthly is most certainly wrong.

What you need to do right away: close all active sessions. Change your passwords (email and stake, telegram has nothing to do with it). Investigate further with (hopefully able to assist) support staff, be polite but pushy. Anti-Virus-Scan your PC/phone (better: install them fresh, they're most likely compromised in any form). Change important passwords (on a clean device). Good Luck.

Yes I have checked and there was nothing there other than the usual. A while ago I was losing a lot, so I asked for a bonus which I received a total of 2,000 $ after losing almost 200,000 $, so they decided they did not want to give me this monthly and obviously scammed me by making it seem like I lost it and bet on a game that I do not play with a win chance of 1.1.

I needed that money and was going to withdraw it, but they had to treat a loyal customer like that

This is disgusting and I hope everyone gets to see this to realize that kind of people they are

LMAO you scammed yourself, the part where you said "I needed that money and was going to withdraw it" cracked me up, you shouldv'e just cahsed out, instead you took the risk of losing it all, you're just gambeling irresponsibly, period.

OK Mr Gambeling. Next time I will cahs out. Thanks for the advice

Can't wait for something like this to happen to you, so we can sit here and "crack" up

I do gamble irresponsibly, no one said I don't; but I do not play Dice

Read the facts if you're going to troll around with zero spelling skills
