Sorry to necro this, but I am having the same issue. Started a week ago. My friend suddenly got the issue almost two months ago. I cannot access .com from my phone (5g) or PC (Ethernet/WiFi connection). I tried using a VPN, just for testing, and this worked. 

 

Is my(our) ISP blocking the .com domain only (Mirror sites work fine), or is it something on Stake's end? I am not sure how to figure out which one.
