Tjhnicholas Posted June 11, 2023 #1 Posted June 11, 2023 How long does your VIP backup host usually take to reply? Almost 24hours has passed since I last asked for my reload to be renewed and still no response from my backup host. Such poor service.
RoyalSteeze Posted June 11, 2023 #2 Posted June 11, 2023 Speaking from my own experience, I have had great customer service from the Vip hosts that I was fortunate enough to have. One thing to perhaps remember is your backup host may not be on the same time zone as your regular one, so it may not be the same response times as you are used to, patience is a virtue!
Tjhnicholas Posted June 11, 2023 Author #3 Posted June 11, 2023 I mean I have great experience with my VIp host as well. It's just the respond time from the backup that is triggering me. They are in the same time zone as my original VIP host. So I don't see why there is no response after 24hrs.

bdestin4 Posted June 11, 2023 #5 Posted June 11, 2023 I’ve never had it take longer than 24 hours, and I’ve dealt with the back up host quite a bit as my personal host seems to always be on vacation. Support will tell you to just remain patient, so that’s unfortunately all you can do.

letgonowok Posted July 14, 2023 #7 Posted July 14, 2023 I can't handle my host, he's so rude, disrespectful, doesn't take his job seriously and has no creativity. I've begged him to let me have a different host but he refuses. It's about to make me stop playing here. Any advice?
