We all know how incredible man @AleksandarZ is and obviously he's been loved by everyone . He deserves whatsoever promotion he will get as he already proves his worth. 

With regards to @NikolaRa he is trying his very best  to deliver a good service to everyone in chat and here on forum. He is new to these kind of assignment so let us give him some consideration too. Just a little more patience ..Like you , I'm waiting for the forum prizes too .

I strongly believed once @NikolaRa adopted the new tasks given to him..it will be easy peasy for him to do it next time.  😊
