Chat modification

Hi guys,

I see mods doing very big and unnecessary job worning players for 'caps', even if just one word was capitalized in a sentence.

Can you please either allow capitalized or remove it from the chat?

It's just 1 line of code, there is function in every modern programming language for that. When you display the chat just run it trough the function and then display. It will remove capital letters and replace them with lower case.

If you need help with that I'm sure I can find time to fix it for you.
