Stake also have offices in Cyprus, I believe. Maybe some other place. The dirty work gets done in Serbia, I'm guessing.

it was not a quick response 21 st i send them email , once i got hold of someone with its title atcontact info from my local central govt agency. Then i tried communicating with them , at that point of time i was very angry and i checked the email yesterday there was a response from them. i pasted as seperate removing relevant information from the email such as contact and attached document . i have to buy dropbox newid as i have to share with them as content were in GB.

there is no endorsed email for the agency. i got hold of person through my personal contacts i came to know more about things which i was not knowing . as you can see on 17th i enquired mikey about sensors. and also ran lighthouse report.

the guy my country agency spoke to via call was either italian or french . the connected to the agency via me is Indian working with embassy individual .
