Even users seem indifferent as they continue to remain loyal to or abandon stake, as support appears insignificant to them. Because they are experiencing success or are feeling elevated, there is no motivation for them to pay attention or attempt to resolve any issues. they really don't care

This amounts doesnt even qualify for the weekly base amount. If you want higher rewards you must play more. Your case is not similar to the other people having wagered 10s of thousands of $ and got 5$ or less.

Wanna talk about the "boosted weekly and the lil extra to compensate the issue". I received 1.90€ with over 11 tickets during that week and at least the same the week before .. Stake are now promoting a fake FAQ that lead to what we can call perfectly a scam. I should waste 2 or 3 hours compiling all my stats just to post them to show how they lie on these bonus and how "unlucky" we are everytime we bet more than our average stake.
