Teasingly added level 4 bonus

I reached the level 4 bonus today

 

I lost a lot of money in level 3. And the level 4 bonus added to me is awful. I have a loss of more than $60k. only last month my loss is 8k$ . the added bonus for the games for me is only 680$. All my friends are making fun of me. . The amount of recently added games is very bad. It should have been at least 10 times that. As an excuse, my host says that the 480 dollar added to me from the live chat has reduced this much bonus. Attached is the screenshot of it. please please fix this.

 

I want revaluation. ignoring the bonus that live help has added to account.

Considering the losses I suffered at level 3 . I want them to reevaluate and add the bonus I deserve. It is a confession that as my host said, you would get a lot more if you didn't have the added bonus of live help. I want the bonus that live help gives me to be ignored. I had no knowledge. that the added bonus will affect the prvEious one.

Get real. You can be happy with 480, I got less when I got platinum 5, and I have simlar losses as you.

Dude a bonus fix needs to be done. These bonuses are too few for someone who's really Plat4

Still a total of over 1k bonus for a 8k loss is way above what`s normal. Even a bonus of 680 is good.

Factor in weeklys and mothlys also and you really can not complain. Did you expect a complete refund?

 

Also don`t expect anything above and beyond if your VIP host feel the need to correct your language.

The addon bonus when you level up is called recent gameplay. That does not mean you get a bonus based on the whole level. You also got $1600 for leveling up. And the extra bonus also depends on what games you play. And it`s mostly based on wagering, not losses. 

Can someone tell me how you can extract stats for your losses over i certain VIP level progress?  @mousaS?

You cant get statistics for your level to level losses. You get day/week/fortnight/30days/overall. thats it.
