NEVER USE INR DEPOSIT

Hi everyone 

So I was trying to use inr deposit in stake today as they provide UPI deposits. 

I depo d 500 bucks and did not get any issue while depoing as it got credited immediately. So I tried depoing bigger amount. And now suddenly the amount was deducted from my bank and I don't see it credited to my account. On check-in with support and saying the transaction is pending. How long will it take. I got back the response from the support they don't know they don't have any timelines. 

 

How can support be like this. They provide payment providers with unknown timelines. I don't know how to contact the payment providers either. Why does stake allow these providers if they don't work. I usually opt for crypto depo. But wanted to check inr deposit today. Biggest mistake ever.

I didn't had any issues as such till now for INR deposits nor withdrawls, even bigger amounts as per the set limits. Only one time I had got the above issue as u stated but it was credited to stake within an hour's time. Depends on your bank server. Either ways it will get credit back to ur bank account or stake account.

Dang your bank's server is definitely a factor here. Hope it credits back soon.

Bro i deposited 500 rupees but in stake it is showing transaction failed but the amount got debited  from the bank what should i do and i am not able connect with stake support. Help!!

Why? Its normal right

I would think its cause there's large amount of Indian players the 3rd party payment provider is over whelmed, but for sure  when it comes to deposit's stake well never take your money u will always  get the money added to your account or the 3rd party will return the payment to your bank.

I Have deposited 20k on 18 July... Unfortunately On Stake It's Failed My Transaction And Money Debited From My Bank account.. Since Then I'm Contacting To Customer Services.. They Just Replying Back Within 7 Banking Days Blah Blah...And I Haven't Received My Fund Back Yet..
