Stake Support told me that rakeback doesn't exist, I am platinum 1.

I was gambling with my friends today and lost alot, and they told me to claim my bonuses and rakeback.

I then realized I did not have these on my account.

I contacted support to ask about it, to only be told it does not exist on their site. Stake.com.

I contacted support and they refused compensation and refused to give me the daily bonuses I should've been able to claim for 828 days.

When they finally enabled rakeback, my wager is 945k. I was given 2.1k in rakeback, and my bonuses earned for levels.

What do I do?

UPDATE : I am told I was given the correct rewards. it is 3,400 total for 945k wagered.

I checked statistics, and my total owed this month alone is 4,402.83. Keep in mind, that is THIS MONTH alone. Here is the statistics I was emailed. https://prnt.sc/ezMWf15UX56B

They are continuing to say, after I sent that, that 3.4k was the correct amount owed in rewards, bonuses and rakeback.

3,400 total for 945k is a lot of rakeback, for stake.

You get 5%, but not on your wager, just on the house edge. So when you wager 1 million, with house edge of 2%, you get 1000$ only.

Whats unfair is thet sports doesnt pay any rake back or bet back, even the the house edge (FIG) is 15% and more.

Not everything on stake gets rake back, maybe that's why it's not your expected amount? But still that wrong computation made by support makes me mad. Lol.

Try finding the correct links for the last few monthly bonuses etc and claim them if you already haven’t. When I first joined I didn’t realise you could do this so I went back 3 months worth of monthly and weekly links and they worked for me (last year) good luck
