I have been scammed by stake signup bonus

So i saw all these signup offers and was watching roshtien stream and saw his 200% signup bonus offer as well. I started searching terms and conditions on stake regarding this offer and the only thing i found was that i have to do 40x turnover i was like well its doable. I  then went ahead signed up using roshtieen link and i was giving the 200% bonus pop up message in that message there was only mention of this.

 

I have to do 40x Turnover or i wont be able to withdraw the bonus. I checked if there was any other catch in there but there wasnt so i went a head deposited 500$ and got 1500$ in balance.Now when i went to wager my amount it would give me error that i am exceeding the max bet limit allowed to me i contacted support i was told there for the first time i can only place max bets that are allowed for me in a single bet they didnt tell me how much it was they just told me i have to find it my self

 

i bet 50$ it declined

i bet 25$ it declined

i bet 10$ it declined

i bet 5$ it declined

i bet 1$ and it went through

 

 

So without any mention of this in terms of condition of this offer according to live support i have to place 60000 bets of 1$ enable to withdraw my funds again. Basically for 1 month i have to keep betting 1$ on live roullete just to reach the withdraw condition which was never given to me before depositing and no where mentioned in the terms and condition of the signup offer i want admins to please look into this i am not touching my balance if this stupid condition is the only thing then please cancel this bonus offer and return me my 500$ 

and funny enough even with that 1$ bet i cant play stake originals or enhanced RTP thats so messed up

To be fair it does say TCs apply all over Roshteins ads, alongside in Stakes TCs.

The bonus with wagering is usually to suck people in with the appearance of 'free money'. You'll have to wager 20k. A slot with a 92.5% RTP. If you spin that slot just to wager that 20k you're going to on average lose $1500. What a coincidence; that's your current balance. 

Now to get into the crux of it, you've deposited, you've accepted the bonus wagers TCs by signing up via a referral link - the only way to withdraw said money would be to clear the wager and just hope you get lucky.

I haven't read a word of the wagering TCs but I guess you could look at high RTP slots like Book of 99 etc. if they aren't blocked from wagering to grind through the wager.
