Wrong reward for previous Dragonheart challenge, looking for help

Hello, I'm not sure if its the correct topic to ask, so sorry if its not!

I have an issue regarding the latest dragon heart challenge, I've been ranked 21+ when I think I was top20,
For example: this guy is on top of me

He bet 1 USD with a 125,44 multiplier

Here is my entry:

I bet 1EUR with a 125,44 multiplier

The challenge include this rule:
"In case of a tie, the user with a higher average bet amount will be given the advantage."

Meaning that I did "better" than the one at 1USD, but I'm still ranked after him,

I've tried asking the support but it seems they are ignoring my request, and I don't know what to do

Any help would be appreciated

Yes I think it was NikolaRa, I don't know how to message him! Its probably a human mistake, because the host probably didn't realised i bet 1 euro and not 1 dollar

This was your post for the Dragonheart challenge. You posted several bets, when it is required to post just one bet with the highest multiplier. Unfortunately, our program picked your first bet ID and calculated the prize accordingly. Please be more careful what you are posting next time.
