Korne Posted August 29, 2023 #1 Posted August 29, 2023 Hi everyone, I'm writing this today to let you know the current state of this site from my own experience and perspective. I joined Stake.com on February 3, 2021, it's been over 2 years now. I was playing and having a lot of fun in 2021-2022 then I took a break for several months because Stake's decisions weren't improving things for consumers and we'll review this together. STAKE CASINO: In over 2 years nothing has changed for the better, no new features, no effort to improve the user experience. Oh yes, they have made a small update to the interface by modifying the vertical column on the left and added some cryptocurrency that nobody uses (example CRO, SAND, APE, ...) They haven't even updated the cryptocurrency logos at the bottom of their homepage (it's been a few months now). Or they just don't care about it. Or no longer have the time to take care of Stake.com with the release of Kick.com, but we'll talk about that below. There are a few positive points, such as a progress bar to keep track of your progress until your next ticket to the weekly raffle, but it took years to see this little change. We'll not discuss the possibility that the RTP has been lowered and maybe that's why they're releasing some RTP enhanced slots, but in reality the RTP it's not enhanced because if you have 1 and do 1 + 1 - 1 you'll still have 1. Some will agree, others will say no, this nobody can really know. STAKE BONUS: As many of you may have noticed, the bonuses offered by Stake have been greatly reduced, not only in the quantity of bonuses but also and mainly in the rewards given by these bonuses. Before, you had a guaranteed base in relation to your VIP rank, which was normal after wagering thousands, hundreds of thousands, even millions or billion of dollars for the biggest players to achieve a VIP rank. This changed a few months ago when @Edward said it was no longer acceptable to have a guaranteed base. We still have no idea how these bonuses are actually calculated based on our VIP rank, our wager and our profit/loss statistics. Sometimes you'll bet more and lose more than you did last week or last month, but your bonus will be lower. Since nobody has the precise information about the calculation except the marketing team, you can't complain and they'll always tell you it's all normal, but it's clearly not. About the giveaways on Twitter, I find it funny that dozens of Japanese users recently were "drawn" knowing that Stake's Japanese community isn't very big as you can see their chat isn't very active and even on their forum post looking for a moderator there's very little replies. The logical reason: they're looking to expand their Japanese community and by showing that they're often drawn into giveaways, it's potentially going to encourage other Japanese people to take part and sign up to Stake. Players need more transparency. STAKE STREAMS: About the forum giveaway, I think we can all agree that it would be so much more fair if the winners of each page were also randomly drawn and not hand-picked by some hosts who will always have preferences for particular people. Yeah, if you have a woman's name and a profile picture of a woman on discord, you'll have a much better chance of being selected for the discord giveaways. Concerning the streams with Drake, some people have already noticed that they say they're giving away $1 million and at the end 500k-600k was donated. Do you find all this normal? STAKE SUPPORT AND MODERATION: Yes, there's favoritism from the Stake support and moderation, not all of them, but it's obvious that if you're very nice to them you're less likely to be sanctioned by the moderators and have a better chance of being selected for giveaway and receiving better bonuses from the support/host. Many spend their day passively beg and receive no sanction or only a 24 hours mute probably, but be careful if you share a tweet from StakeUSA you get muted 3 days. There's no rule against this. And as I write this, I still haven't received a reply from them. I don't care I don't talk much in the chat and I just wanted to share a public information from Stake themself and make a conclusion about a potential post monthly. KICK.COM: Yes, Stake has changed dramatically since Kick, and not for the better. And all the points I've mentioned above have a close or distant link to Kick. Stake hasn't improved because they spend so much more time improving Kick - it's the same teams. They're trying to save money on Stake in every way possible to keep themselves out of trouble financially and to have a project that holds up so they can keep injecting money into Kick, because bandwidth, employees and streamers are expensive to pay for. With a little understanding, we can also think that people who run Stake and Kick at the same time, it's too much for them and makes them make bad decisions. CONCLUSION: I'll keep away from Stake.com and use another site - I recommend you do the same, you'll realize it later. I already know that no one from the Stake staff will respond to this post, but I know they'll read it. Except maybe @Faris, they all know they don't have the capacity to respond properly to all the points mentioned to defend their interests. I'm open to respectful debate, the others I'll ignore, so don't waste your time.
N8erade91 Posted August 29, 2023 #2 Posted August 29, 2023 Kind of sums up how a lot of people are really feeling as of late. Well said and I agree. It’s frustrating seeing what Stake once was when I started playing 2 years ago and where it is today. It’s not the same site and it’s sad to see. But all good things don’t last right?

Hi, The moderator who muted you will reply to you when his shift begins. Since he works the night shift, he may be able to respond to your appeal in a few hours. Also, thank you for sharing your opinion/feedback about Stake.com. Regards

thejunespirit Posted August 31, 2023 #6 Posted August 31, 2023 Great feedback, very well constructed. I’d like to think the higher ups at Stake will read it and take it on board but that is highly unlikely.
takecare3434 Posted August 31, 2023 #7 Posted August 31, 2023 stake is only scamming atm -3600$ -3600$ -5000$ -3300$ -1100$ my every dep are 0 - can't catch up break even ,
Warlordz Posted August 31, 2023 #8 Posted August 31, 2023 I think we all have negative feedbacks regard of almost everything that Stake has offered to us lately. They have to read this and study what went wrong. I like the facts that you pointed out about SUPPORT and MODERATOR because YES. SUPPORT aren't helpful at all! Sometimes they don't even understand your problems to begin a talk. And those moderators tho... some of them I wish they got strip from their status for abusing their power just because they CAN!
RxK Posted September 1, 2023 #10 Posted September 1, 2023 In general, I agree. Especially about the prize draw. It would be fair to choose randomly. the numbers of posts on the forum and random retweets on Twitter. If you do it in an opaque way, then it smells of partiality. And kick is just miserable shit that cannot be paid with cryptocurrency. I have to use the fucking card. But many people don't want to use a bank card, and some countries can't do it at all. Stop fucking brains, add a fucking subscription for a fucking cryptocurrency!
Hamil14 Posted September 1, 2023 #11 Posted September 1, 2023 The stake stream and forum giveaway is fucking true ! I saw it many times they always choose the same person over and over again !

That’s fair enough that they’re sucking up for a purpose, but why pretend these giveaways are fair in any way.
mann3r Posted September 1, 2023 #14 Posted September 1, 2023 have yet to see some stake defenders out of your post @Korne quite surprising this last 2 days already without those persons like any other post like yours. 🤣
