Redeeming codes

So all my codes worked all day up until the 18sc drop. Typed code, Got redeem screen, clicked the redeem button and it loaded, only for it to not give it to me. It worked all morning on every code, i am putting them in instantly and they always load for a moment before crediting to my account. However this one just didnt work at all, it went through like normal and just didn't work. Then it was gone. Wonderful

and i have never had a code go to the point that i hit redeem and then it doesn't credit the bonus. I was trying to see if anyone else has had this issue, usually the code says inactive when you hit ok after typing, not gives you a redeem button and then fails.
