I wanted to clean my alt accounts but ended up banned from stake. Maybe its time to move on. Support didnt wanted to help me out of this situation.

I didnt mean to self exclude. I just wanted to delete my alt account. But these mf's self excluded my main account five months later

Policy is clear and there for a reason. You can't have or create multiple accounts. That being said you just confessed to Support and obviously they are going to restrict your access fully.
