Aq9390 Posted October 9, 2023 #1 Posted October 9, 2023 Hello everyone, Before anyone gets offended this is created only for discussion purpose and by no means am I criticising anyone. - Has it every happened to you that you have wagered more than previous week but the weekly bonus is less and in that week you have also levelled up? - When I levelled up to Plat 1 i received 251$ as recent game play bonus apart from the 200 base but now when I levelled up to Plat 2 I got only 40 $ as recent game play bonus apart from the 400 base. So basically my total bonus was less at Plat 2 then Plat 1. Has this happened to anyone else out here? What do you guys think should be done so that all of us know how this calculation works?
julyenn4 Posted October 10, 2023 #2 Posted October 10, 2023 I know that for recent, your losses in the last 14 days are taken into account. When you level up, if you have a profit in the last 14 days and your wager is low, it is normal for your bonus to be low.

My wager just before levelling up was good and also I was in loss of a couple of thousands. I think we as players should get a more clear on the basis of which these calculations are done. Because sometimes I have also gotten less weekly on a higher VIP level with more wager compared to my lower VIP level with less wager. This ☝🏻 does not make sense does it?

Its how they do it. Tbh I had similar reward for plat 1, for plat 2 I got less and plat 3 recent gameplay was 40 bucks. Although I was up bad recent gameplay for plat3 40 buck is joke and a half.

Same here. Received 243$ to Platin1, Platin2 I get 40$ and to Platin3 80$ recent bonus. I dont know why because I didnt changed my gameplay since the beginning

So like for me all the losses I made at plat 3 chasing plat 4 will count towards my recent gameplay whenever I get that plat 4. And i lost a shitload at this level so if thats not true then sayonara for me

Yeah, my recent gameplay on plat 1 was much better than plat 2

When infact my recent for Plat 1 was 230$. This is the calculation I dont understand.

There is no formula for the calculations of recent as far as I know, I have only shared my experiences. Could it be that you were in profit during the time of your level up, or were you inactive for an extended period?

And I played daily without a single day break. Played slots, originals mostly. So I dont know how it works. Tad bit disappointed but obviously cannot do anything about it as they wont change it.

I'm not sure, but I've heard from many users that playing a lot of original games could be the cause. If you play 90% originals, then the recent and reloads might be quite low when playing third slot games or live. I hope you at least got good reloads

Had more losses for every step but who knows anything when it comes to stake. Only certain thing is if i dont get a good one when i level up next month im setting a ban on casino and just keep sports open to have fun in chat.
