polovic121 Posted October 21, 2023 #1 Posted October 21, 2023 I played plinko and all my money suddenly DISAPPEARED. I was not planning on reporting the bug here but a friend of mine just lost big money with the same exact problem. I asked the support where my money was, the answer is simple, it's the fault of the "system's protection against DDOS attacks" when "sending too many requests". So, I asked "I’ve lost money without knowing because I clicked too quickly on plinko ?" Answer was simple again : "unfortunately, yes" and that the issue occurred on MY side. If I get this straight.. my balance displays wrong information, which means.. I place a bet while being mislead by Stake's system and it's MY fault ? 😑 Where is the warning from Stake if you already knew the issue ? Can you guys fix this or at least warn players not to trust their own balance ? I have no hope you will refund what I've lost. But please, do something so others don't lose lots of money because of such a stupid bug. For the sake of all your loyal players, thank you. Polovic121
shepparddbobko Posted October 21, 2023 #2 Posted October 21, 2023 This is a known bug for a long time now. Sadly they dont do anything about it.

Maybe the day enough of us asks for the bug to be solved, and Stake's reputation has been questioned enough, they will do something to fix it.

Enough of us is enough to make Stake fix a bug that more and more looks like a scam... They don't respect customers in the slightest. To stake, this hasn't been an issue worth fixing since I first joined the site in 2019. Somebody within stake sold a lot of customer data or it was hacked (whatever bullshit excuse stake gave), and there was no official apology or instruction about what had happened, how it happened, what data had been leaked or anything else. One or two mods deflected in a couple of comments in a thread here on the forum and that was the end of it. Things fizzle out - stake waste time and stall until people forget, after they promise to investigate or investigate/fix/assess issues. Usually they'll unleash a lot of spam accounts to drown the forum in shit when anything really controversial comes up. Sorry to be negative, but nothing will change until some three letter agency shuts this place down. I've encountered the same bug on plinko and it really sucks.
