Rate limiting on private messages

I understand the rate limiting(too many requests) on the public chat but I feel timeout implementation on private messages needs to be at least twice as much as it currently is since in a private conversation I feel you should be welcome to send messages more quickly then in public chat if you are trying to get a point across or if you are simply an extremely quick typer like me..

I could see this being hard to implement if your rate limiting is base on any sort of chat like request to the server which it appears it already is since the rate limiting coincides with the chat and pms.. so I dunno  just a suggestion but if it would be easier just making the timeout twice as long for both I don't think it would cause too many issues based on how spam issues happen on primedice.com... (rarely)
