HEY NOW. I WAS JUST MAKING A SUGGESTION TO COLLATE OUR EXPERIENCES AND MAYBE BRING THIS UP TO EXTERNAL AUTHORITY SO THAT SOME OF THE PEOPLE HERE CAN GET SOME SEMBLANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. AT LEAST SOMEBODY ON THEIR SIDE WHEN THE CHIPS ARE DOWN. WHATS SO BAD ABOUT THAT?????

It honestly may not do much but it will bring Stake down a notch SEO-wise, email whitelists, stricter parameters for advertising.

I don't think they are registered but the BBB can affect change on companies that are not even seeking their accreditation.

Let me preface all of this with this statement:

I have a sincere belief that there are some things happening in Stake.com between just the client/server seeds. Just their bet data collection alone makes it so.

Legally casinos have to operate on a random chance. They make their money off the edge they have on games - so they'll always have a slight advantage.
Usually that's 10-15% over the player at all times. But I've played games and seen hands that make me think the impossible is possible (if I was seeing it in good faith) but I know better. 

Moving on to the issue at hand -

I'm usually not the type to do all this but something happened to me recently that made me believe that even the people within the company working as individuals are in on obscuring the data for all of us. Now, this is a big accusation but I have recorded interactions with them that will make you question whether they are acting in good faith and if they are even there to "support" us at all.

Now I don't want to get into it too deep but  I was playing Dragon tower a couple days ago - I like to keep 2 or 3 windows side by side so I can switch quickly between Med-Hard-Easy (This really helps me get a flow going and will sometimes get me on stride (until Stake does it's thing and puts the heavy processing on my session)

I noticed that sometimes when I would play a game - it would lag and upon refresh - I would lose my bet amount and the game would be inaccessible. Now I tried to bring it up to the support team. And you can look through the video for more detail but they were practically useless. It was crazy though - when I started finding bets in my bet history that were coming up as bet not found - things would.... happen to my pc. 

My entire network would be blocked from acessing Stake's domains. Even on my phone this happened. (.best and .com but I'm guessing all of them). This would happen the instance I clicked a bet id that brought up bet not found or that would not even load at all. Pages (meaning page1 of bet history, etc) would be singled out when I brought them up and was about to provide the bet id's of what I thought were these lost bets. For example - I was saying that Page 15 of my history had an anomaly in it and was urging the CS guy "Jovan C" to give it a quick look. After a minute or two of trying to get a response from him. - I noticed that while I wasn't blocked from the entire domain anymore, when I pressed next and previous on the Bet history page, It would skip an entire page.

IE:

The url would be "stake.bet/archive/bets/page=14"
When I press "next page" it would skip to "stake.bet/archive/bets/page=16"

I don't want to go into it but there were some VERY VERY sketchy things going on and the staff was EXTREMELY unhelpful the whole time (despite the fact that I was very clear about the fact that I was recording the entire session) You guys can see just how blaze they are in the video.

@Eddie if you are going to let this happen, you should really train your staff to be slicker with the execution, cause this looks very bad. Watch the entire video if you don't believe me.

This whole ordeal happened - I tried for 2 hours to bring something out of my guy - Jovan C which btw I have nothing against personally (pls understand i was in a bad state). My effort failed. I promised to make something happen the next time.

FAST FORWARD

Today, I decided to put the effort in and download my bet archive. I recorded my entire session working on the bet archive and trying to draw some useful conclusions from the data. And the data looks very strange indeed. Game sessions would have these periods where nonces would skip in between consistent bet creation/conclusion timings. Usually nonce will change if IP changes or Seed or A long wait occurs between one bet and the next. But if you look through it you can clearly see that this is not the case for my session - the timings are within my reasoning. For example:

I've created a formula to calculate the differences in "time value" - stake has a weird timecode. But Basically you can put together a moving average and see that if you created bets between the red spots where the "nonce" skips - it really does add up. Now I brought this up and it seems the entire CS staff has just made it clear that they will not be helping me. Upon bringing up the fact that I had come back to tell them "hey I did your job for you, maybe you can help me now?" they outright told me that all I needed to know was already said, all that had to be said from them was already said and that there is nothing they are willing to do to help me.

NOW IS THAT HOW A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS IS SUPPOSED TO WORK? I THINK NOT.

I'm not a rich guy, nor am I a smart guy (obviously coz I'm still on Stake) but I am getting tired of this. This is cruel. It's not enough that I have to suffer losing to the casino almost 100% of the time. But - when I need help on an actionable anomaly, I'm outright REJECTED TOO??!!?!? I've been recording and compiling everything.

things are labeled - I haven't changed the filenames (excpt for bet archive) in case they have to be referenced in the future. Also everytime I download a bet archive I copy the url they use. I recorded my session working on the data they provided. I am being VERY THOROUGH.

I still think our gameplay is recorded outside just wins/losses. I can float +/- 15% of my deposit for HOURS on end then I'll get a decent hit; IE: 8-15x buy or so and my account will immediately go into dead spin/no multi bonuses for DAYS. My stats will literally look like a cliff into oblivion after that hit. 20-30 or more buys mostly below 0.10% and very rarely a 1.25x win and almost never over 2x during that time.

Another phenomenon is you will get drained to near zero balance and hit - which will bring you magically to your session starting value; over and over.

Yeah, but it's hard to prove. This is properly fucked. It's pretty much on display, too just how much empathy and compassion they have for people who are trying to pull an inch out of their behind. Literally just peanuts to stake but they're so unwilling to even consider returning it. It's blowing my mind.

If you were in their shoes, how would you justify skipping nonces? how would you deal with it. The guy Jovan was literally just repeating VPN VPN VPN.

literally illegal to adjust the odds based on recent play. It's in regulatory documents. Casinos cannot leverage any other methodology to influence the game. That's why 50-50 in dice is less that 2x. Cause they already have an advantage. If they didn't try to cheat you at all they would literally earn money doing that already. But Stake.com is very thorough and they never just stop there.

You're obviously dense or just came in here and didnt care to understand the context of my complaint. I kill on dragon tower bro. What I'm implying in the data (those red ones) are actually bets that credited from my account but I wasn't even able to play. I would get the error "bet does not exist" randomly. 

My complaint was that despite the odds of Stake I still play and I still win. I've probably not put in more than 1k usd in stake and I've wagered 150k. Though that's more a testament to me than it is to Stake. I can be Fiendish on the games and get hotottot streaks. Like wager 5k usd in an hour hahah. 

That is still despite Stake. Recently it feels like Stake has a USB drive I'm my brain.

That's outside the point tho. 

My post is basically about Stake.com's staffs refusal to grant my complaint one inch of consideration despite my efforts.

I already know the sum total of all the MATIC lost from vanishing bets. This is based on no estimates. Purely based on Stakes data. I didn't have to create any values for the missing MATIC. All I had to do was arithmetic. Did a running balance based on my total deposited MATIC on Nov25 + all bonuses I earned that day and did a per bet calculation on what that final value would have been. The emboldened number is below. This is all based on the statistics provided freely byStake themselves. If you care to verify, feel free. All the files are in the google drive link.

383.4 MATIC. now how does 40 dollars just vanish, you say? well if there were a bunch of bets that were subtracted from my running balance that I never got to play. if they WERE there. It would all add up. 

PS. the dataset is November 25 and MATIC bets only. Isolated for simplicity even if I lost some money in TRX and Doge that day too.

Now after all that, I've tried multiple times to appeal to Stakes CS. Stonewalled. stonewalled stonewalled. imagine yourself Getting that Spreadsheet put together for nothing.

They don't care to help. Because they are not running a legitimate business. That's the only viable option I have in my mind. Otherwise why not help? it's just an error. CS has the tools to request an authorization for this In less than a day.

 

But no. They break us with their Originals, lag us out on Slots and tell us to go fuck ourselves when we point something broken out and ask for their help.

The reason I do is

You can cup a feel for the way they rip you. There are a couple ones I've called and got lucky on once or twice.

#1 - After losing - doing a big bet (like 50% up of a new deposit after zeroing out) in HiLo - will usually put bet against the larger odds. So if you're sitting at a 5 when the deposit comes in - and you make an adjustment to the bet - they will probably have that set up in code already.

GraphQL constantly pings the state of your screen, your deposit input bar, whether your placing a bet - idling. So then - there is an API they use called optimove something - and if you check their code you can see that it makes adjustments on variables that are obfuscated by references the moment these things happen. Especially new deposits. That in itself is not weird but the fact that the code is obfuscated makes it suspicious. Cause if you follow the references it runs through multiple scripts that have functions called generate new sequence etc. 

Now here's the kicker. If they only needed the data of your deposit to update the UI element on screen - why the fuck would they need multiple scripts to output to multiple scripts referenced individually at each input output point. And you can hide a lot but you can't hide math calculations based on odds. You can't obfuscate an arithmetic function coz it's so close to the base code that it would be ridiculuosly expensive to process it esp if there are calculations happening constantly.

Now - I've done this maybe once or twice (the hilo thing) and rarely do I ever have the courage to try it again - but often when I'm consciously making that bet based on how I know Stake works - it happens. Lol.

#2 - The one that always gets me tho is Mines. It's crazy but I would do a redepo - and put 1/4th of my balance in - go low odds. and almost 80% of the time (despite having bet on the same mine multiple times in a row) - the moment I choose that mine after adjusting my bet amount (im talking low rip odds like 4 mines/ 5 mines) It always gets me. Sometimes even twice in a row. It's as if - the code is staring at you - saying - I wouldn't do that again now would I? and laughing at your face when it does.

Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. You guys should really start thinking in a legal mindset. Is this how a legal establishment deals with complaints? Answer that question and maybe you will do better in the future. 

For anyone new here - you may think I'm being over the top and abusive to Stake employees. But here is what I offer you - at any time between the moment I first brought up my complaint and requested for help and now - where I am actively speaking in opposition of the staff and the site itself - they could have addressed the problem I had.

But no. They refuse. Refuse. Refuse. To treat somebody on their site with any respect and address the issue. Let alone look at it for a second or two. At any point they could have stepped in and even just the fact that I heard back from them would have gotten my foot off the pedal. But this is what pisses me off.

Mind you - STAKE LISTEN TO ME - I know you have the right to refuse business but you have to provide grounds for that - and most importantly - you have to have had given my complaint legitimate consideration before doing so. Otherwise I'll really get started with this. I'm only limiting this to Stake.com (at least publicly speaking out) for now. I have other avenues, I am crafty and am highly skilled in media. So - please do not do anything like that. -

or at least take GODDAMN proactive step for once.

But the damage is done - know this even if you do help me out - it will only stop me from rallying people in this site - and letting my complaints be heard. IT won't make me rescind the emails and appeals I've sent out. 

I gave one of your Live Support Staff the chance to escalate this one last time. I declared my intent to file complaints against your business out to agencies that do have the power to affect change in your site on my behalf. So don't dare tell me I'm getting out of hand.
