hunterws Posted December 7, 2023 #4 Posted December 7, 2023 The way I look at it, no matter if someone makes a dumb move or not, it can help or hinder your hand at a 50/50 rate. So, even if they pulled your 10 you needed, over time, the dumb moves cancel each other out. What if they took the 5 and then you got your needed 10? See, can work both ways. If I ever get on a table where people just have no clue to the point I cannot concentrate, and am helping them, I move, that's not why I'm there. In the 90s, mom & I would take a bus to the casino and try our luck. We were sitting at the table, talking away and having some drinks. Mom was dealt 10/10 and to my surprise decided to split them, I blushed for her! She pulled two aces and cleared the table, we had the table to ourselves after that move. We laughed and laughed for the longest time to that play. I go to the casino for fun. If I'm not having fun, I move or leave entirely. Don't let other peoples' dumb moves distract you or get you in a mood, just realize, your odds are the same even if they take the card ON THAT HAND you needed. good luck
