Top Monthly depends is not a standard percent of your wager, if you are one of the most active VIP between all VIPs under your host you ll get more, last month i got only 600$ on top monthly bonus. The cash back was around 6000$ with a 600$ reload, weekly was 3800$ and monthly 1000$ because right before the monthly i withdrawn 75k $
