I agree, the title of your topic says "who" so one should mention who the best for them and why?  so that  mods and CMs reading these feedbacks will know how they  assess their strenght and weaknesses and also know how they will change and improve for the best  based on the constructive feedback of chatters. I think there's no bad on speaking simply and honestly..
