Hindi naman ata pwede ang ganyan Pero share ko yung sakin dati, pag ever 2k sats na talo magwowork out ako. Kunwari pag mines push up, pag plinko curl ups at pag dice plank. 1k sats = 1 na paggalaw ng ganyan. Ganyan sna gawin niyo para maging fit parin kayo kahit natatalo.
