roksen Posted March 8, 2024 #1 Posted March 8, 2024 Hello, I ask for a solution if your 2FA code is lost and your account has not been verified at level 2.. my friend's account lost his cellphone which contains the 2fa code so he can't access his account. It's been almost 1 year he hasn't played on stake.. never contacted help center last year but no solution..
