there is problem with me i got 38 ticket and i be active in chat 2 days and i didnt receive any prize from rain can any one help me?

Hello @pabloescobar199,

To be eligible for rain you need to wager at least $3.5k in the last seven days, be level 2 verified, and you need to be active in the chat.

Also, make sure that "Exclude from rain" button is disabled.

At the end of the day, you need to be lucky to catch the rain.
