I've only been playing stake for a few months, but I've already lost a lot of money. The more I think about recover, the more money I spend.

What should I do?

2/ Play for fun/hobby and only money you can afford to lose. Like a night out, you had a good time but the money's gone.

You can star trading.  You can make 10-$$$ every day start with 50$.  Just some something about it on  google.

If you got high multi dont try again, change another game. If you got high winner dont increase bet, set bet minimum for a while. Last week, I felt this. But it all comes back.

you can never recover, it's all rigged to take all your money. You have two choices, sensible and dumb. Self exclude and take your loss as a life lesson and never gamble again. That's the sensible.

The dumb is to double down, make 1 huge sports bet that wil bring you back to even. The less bets give you a closer statistical chance of getting back. that's why they must be huge
