Does refreshing seed matter?

I wanna ask whether refreshing the seed increase/decrease our luck or not while playing casino?

It Just change the outcome, does not make better or worse.

Yes I do think it matters.

Why? because it affect the outcome wether WHEN will you hit desired target.

 

for example;

#seed 1: will hit x500.000 on limbo in the next 12.123 rolls

while #seed 2 will hit x500.000 in the next 1.200.123 rolls

Think of seed just like a Minecraft seed.  It generates random outcome, but it is pre-determined.   If the chances of a big diamond strip spawning are on the low side of probability, and you've already discovered those diamonds (max win), the chances of another one being found is low.  You should reset seed if you have had alot of big wins and are running dry.  If you have pumped alot in and not gotten many wins, you should not reset seed, as you have worked progress towards finding a diamond patch and statistically you shoudn't reset your progress there.
