i want to talk about how bad stake support team is and how they don't care about their customers. I had $2,000 in my stake account when a hacker broke in. this hacker went a step further and contacted the support center, posing as me under a different name.  the support center verified the account without verifying the hacker’s identity or taking any security measures.
 I complained and instead of offering help, they brushed off my concerns and refused to take responsibility for the security lapse. They claimed it wasn’t their fault, despite the fact that they had easily verified the hacker without asking for any form of identification.It's been three months, and they still haven't done anything. Beware: It’s clear that their support team is severely lacking in both competence and empathy, and anyone could be a victim.

(with support help hacker just changed my already verified account (ID) and cashed out my bet :D) PROOFS⬇⬇⬇

everything was different name, face, ID number, birthday date, everything this guy just changed my verified account to another person (verified on another person)

i know this was my fault but if this support dont let him to change already verified account on another person this won't happend

There is no arguments or if and buts here. They simply revoked the person details without confirming it's actually the owner of the account to make any changes. Doesn't seem weird that saying " ah my ID expired and want my details to be up to date" and suddenly another name has shown up.

This is on a whole another level of poor support tbh
