Wager stats bug?

Hello. I would like to know how this is even possible and why this happened? I’m watching Eddie’s weekly stream and I get a $6 promo code. In my weekly statistics on tickets for the Wager draw - $4.5k. I'm trying to get a code for more than 3k wager - there's not enough wager. I request statistics by email - and there it is $2.2k. How is this possible?

its past 7 days for the stats, so maybe you wagered early in the weekly which are not in the past 7 days anymore

It shows you wagered at least 4k with the amount of tickets you have
