PARLAY WENT MISSING

yesterday i put up many parlays. won some lost some, but i had a look and saw one that had disappeared COMPLETELY. it was a winner.... it wasn't under active or settled, i contacted support and this is what they said .

i've contacted them twice since, no response. i know stake isn't a scam site and they will always pay people. but what the heck is going on here?

 

this has ruined my gambling vibes and puts negative thoughts in my head. lets get it together and i hope people who were affected will be compensated.

I too placed a bet on red door roulette and won, but didnt get credited for it, i asked the support but didnt get credited.. Really weird..

Why does it take so much Time to fix the issue ? Im really mad because of this
