First of all, hello Stake employees... I felt obliged to give you this warning after an incident I experienced. I hope you will make a new arrangement as soon as possible.

Last week, I chose an ordinary game and made a certain profit. Turns out this game was the game of the week at the StakevsEddie event. BUT I didn't know about this. Support sent me a message, but I only learned about it while checking past messages after the 8th day, from a message that I did not see as a warning and did not have any date information. In this case, I could not receive the event reward I deserved because I was late. Anyway, at least for such cases, communication should be made by e-mail. Additionally, as seen in the attached picture, only time information is available in support messages. I think adding the current date would be a sufficient solution. It will correct the perception of a message sent 2 years ago as if it was sent 121 hours ago.
