BaiiGG Posted May 1, 2024 #1 Posted May 1, 2024 I play Crazy Time on stake The first time I held down 5 dollars at 5 Top slot gave 2x so it is 10x I won the lottery, but I found that my bet was treated as if it didn't exist. And the money you lose by betting must exist and they will definitely deduct your money. When I subconsciously know something is wrong With the second start, Oh, I chose to save the picture as evidence. I'm looking for help from evo and stake customer service and they haven't even responded to me yet. I am here to warn you not to play any games if there is Lag problem on the website

Bets visible in evolution statistics but missing on stake. Nobody responds in chat within at least one hour. Seems like massive bug. Trying to reach my VIP host to clarify.

Why is there a deduction for losing money? Ironhar Posted May 2, 2024 #5 Posted May 2, 2024 I got correction bonus in the amount of 3125 usdt and they stated they added 10% on the top of the 'inconvenience', but my balance still mismatching game provider's data and some 500 usdt missing. Problem not fully resolved. Still on a case.

If you can see your bet in evolution lobby - it's stake problem as they had massive lag yesterday. If you don't have it in evolution means your bet was not accepted by game provider. If you have mismatching balance this is really strange, as they must credit bet back to your balance. This case you don't have any bet id so don't know how to prove your balance mismatching. Only to take starting day balance and see all the games results. If you played only evolution - it's quite easy. In my case I have bets settled in evolution correctly, but they never appeared on stake's hand history.
