Everything here keeps going down hill for the last few years - the games, rtps, customer service, website performance - you name it. VIP experience is basically non-existent at this time. So after recently leveling up to diamond 1 and spending my gambling time mostly on other platforms I have decided to close the account and move on. Good luck to all those left from the early days and hoping it gets better for your sake (although in reality we know that will never happen).

Long time staker here as well. I wasn’t hitting huge back in the day but they were steady wins. I’d depo $100 and we’d run that 100 nearly a weeks worth of gambling sessions. Now I give $100 and it’s instant dead session.

Same boat. I’ve placed over 8 million bets on stake since 2020 and it’s night and day since then. It’s not about winning anymore, it’s about making a deposit last more than 30 minutes.
