Keep it mind, there are a lot of bets where the players don’t report the irregularities and their bets go unrefunded, so don’t make it seem like it’s all rainbows and flowers

They won’t do jack shit when stuff like this happens.. oh tough shit.. you were going to eventually lose your balance to us anyways is type of mentality stake has.. just move on and go play somewhere else.. they love to blame your internet connection when something like this happens as well.

Stake support  and tech  team are useless they can't do a shit my problem  is same thing  happen on blackjack  it's  been a 9+ days still no response  by support  they  are telling me to wait patently  they  can't  manage our funds  they  cannot provide  us solutions  this is a shit scoom site still they are claiming  best in service   really there are patently  of casinos  option we all know but we trap in vip program  this is our mistake  

I am done i will never deposit  on this site for sure and i am happy  9 days no deposit  i will withdraw  monthly  and bye bye us got already  maybe .com will Tomorrow

i  had an even worse problem happen, there was no problem with the betting, when i went to cash out the transaction was deemed "failed" and the money was not returned to my wallet. They asked for 72 hours on live support to resolve my issue, its been 72 hours i just got in contact with them and apparantly he team is still working on it, and they will need more time but im not worry because my funds are safe... this is a fucking shitshow, a casino of this size holding my funds over 3 days and no definitive answer of when i will get my money back so i can cashout! If any higher ups on stake happen to be reading this get in touch and i will send all the proof

On the 27th, I was playing dice and achieved a 4950x win on the 100 side. My advanced strategy automatically switched to the 0.00 side upon winning, and within around 15 rolls, I hit 0.00. However, neither the 4950x wins nor the payouts occurred, and since there was no bet ID, support essentially accused me of lying. About three hours later, one of the 4950x wins reflected in my balance, but there were still no bet IDs from a 30-minute window. Support insisted on providing a bet ID for investigation, despite knowing their system wasn't tracking bets during that time. They only took notice when I questioned the sudden appearance of $800 in my balance, clearly illustrating the issue. It's been over two weeks, and I'm still missing the $800 from one of the bets. What frustrates me the most is that support essentially called me a liar due to the lack of bet IDs. It's evident I won't be getting that money back. I now record my screen, but I doubt even video evidence would convince support.

I have a similar issue with fire in the hole game with 60k multiplier and today instead of paying me 12k(60000 multiplier with 0.2 bet)

they paid me 36.44 because they dont even know how the game works and the best part is that they are sure that they are correct

When the bet appeared, it wasn't in my vault, just in my balance. That's how I knew it wasn't added by support; it seemed to have been lost in the system or something. I don't know, but if Stake cared about this, they would simply do what's right and resolve people's complaints. I spend a lot more than $800 here daily, and chances are, even if they credited the bet in good faith, I would end up losing it anyway. So, it's disheartening to see how they've handled their mistakes.
