Thanks for the answer, even if it's no news. We are advised to check the forum for news. If noone would complain or ask, there wouldn't be any communication from stake side. So please understand the frustration and maybe for the future there should be some proactive communication. Not only regarding challenge payouts.

I assume you're new here, a community manager promised all players with extra prize for their mistakes calculating it and they simply ignored it later on lol

I didn't received or being eligible to a single promo for 2 years, but everything is OK according to the support ahahah.

Playing everyday both Casino / Sport, almost P3, but EVERYTHING is normal.
