yes on replay is starting lagging on 24000x . But when I was playing I reached the 59k multiplier … at least get 24000 from the replay will be a possible solution but I must get the total 59569 multiplier … 

support is very slow on their responses … let’s see if finally give me my money

That is horrible! they really have to pay you. im scared this might happen to me too sometime........ Does this mean slots are very bad? I really expected more from stake support.. that is a disappointment

tbh its could count as scam if stake not take seriously, how about make it viral by send it to their stramer or etc, maybe it will help lil bit

I hope that stake will pay .. I am already waiting a month without a solution ..  support actually have no idea about slots

I am sure that they will pay because the first time I contacted they paid me 36.44 (because this amount was visible to the screen ) . Probably the support person checked it had no idea about how this slot works and paid only this amount instead of 12k

That’s sucks so bad I feel for you man.  This is the type of shit that will happen to me no doubt should I ever hit a max win.  Giving you $33 or whatever though is an insult idk who would even think to approve that on an issue like this because I’ve always been under the impression that that Stake does attempt to adhere to the highest ethical standards with regards to players’ money, so hopefully they can get this straightened out with No Limit. 
As with the game itself, you being paid is likely a gamble too - one that hopefully will not involve an unsympathetic decision maker somewhere along the way that is having a bad day, is tired of the industry, and is fully aware of his/her ability to shut the door on the issue and never give it another thought. 

Hopefully that isn’t what happens with you, as I’m just thinking of what my fears would be.  Good luck in any case

Oh I see. I hope they are contacting no limit city and confirming your max win. That's why they are taking time. Happened to me before but not exactly the same circumstances. In the end I got paid. Hope it also happens to you. Cheers.

Man this is terrible.  If I were u go n post it on all there streamers X accounts also post on reddit!!, seems like support just blew u off like they did to me, when all these bs was happing with there site, when the bet ids weren't tracking, during the time there site underwent maintenance after they released that notice on TG. I had two bets unpaid on the 27th, and only one these ended up being paid I'm pretty sure now ill never see that 4950x dice pay out now, at lest one showed up for me, but 12k is a lot different then 800, i feel terrible for u bro. since I'm pretty sure what happen to u was there site failed to update and account for the completed bonus and that's why there system just showed the per bonus win amount! 

 

Is the game showing in your game history on no limit? does it show that 35$ win there or what does it show? if it doesn't then that's one way u can get them to listen say if u were correct then why isn't it showing that amount in my history on the provider? 

 

@eddie what u think about  all this bro? how can we be sure this wont happen to us too?

Before some days stake also changed all nolimit city games links and how games loading ….so all previous sessions and history  has been lost …

Regret to say it but I doubt that it will be paid out just because every casino (no matter online or not) have these terms that any winnings in case of a slot machine or game maulfunction are voided. Sad but it s true. Happened to me twice in a land based casino. Horrible feeling yet you're not responsible for the technical issues

Landbased casinos and online do not have the same policies, so what happen to you in landbased casinos dont matter

Slot provider same principal. So matter a lot. Give it time for Stake to respond to this and they ll state exactly what I said above

it sure sucks but its nothing to do with Stake on the most part its the provider so give it some time don't make any complaints on other sites seekin help as your case is still in progress and you can do that after you are not satisfied with the answer you get.  you will just mess things up for no good reason just wait and see what they tell you i am positive you will get paid and this is like pennies for stake so dont worry about being scammed by stake as thats not gonna happen and just so you know you will be contacted soon I already talked to someone from the team and they were expecting an answer from the provider today so you are fine just wait for them and im just a regular player dont get it all confused and keep your hopes up best of luck
