williamshennie9 Posted June 19, 2018 #1 Posted June 19, 2018 Studies show that meditation is connected with improvement in a variety of psychological areas, incl. stress, anxiety, addiction, depression, eating disorders and cognitive function, among others. There is also research suggesting that meditation can reduce blood pressure, pain response, stress hormone levels and even cellular health. But what does it actually do to the body? Any thoughts will be appreciated
chimi08 Posted September 17, 2018 #2 Posted September 17, 2018 Self control, discipline, good vibes, positive outlook and many more. Been wanting to put meditation in my routine.
EpicGord Posted December 22, 2018 #3 Posted December 22, 2018 It have hell lot of benefits like your mind is no longer occupied of repetitive (negative) thoughts.Similar to other people drinking alcohol to quiet their mind, mediation can achieve the same and even better effect, all while fully conscious and not clouded by poison. It trains you to love the process and you are no longer craving for an immediate result (in any area of your life).Meditation teaches you to let go of attachment. You will become more present to the current moment and therefore enjoy life more. With meditation, the physiology undergoes a change and every cell in the body is filled with more prana (energy). This results in joy, peace, enthusiasm as the level of prana in the body increases.Meditation brings the brainwave pattern into an Alpha state that promotes healing. And most importantly, you will learn to truly love and accept yourself.

SuccubsRules Posted March 17, 2019 #10 Posted March 17, 2019 Actually, it might seem useless, but the ability of staying calm and live in harmony with inner self is so underrated, if you ask me. It brings both mental and physical health advantages and you just feel the life going differently. You don't need to go to http://www.dr-forskolin.com/forskolin-reviews/ every month just to have yourself checked and so on. You just keep on living with peace inside you and it just feels great.
Chimichanga Posted July 31, 2019 #11 Posted July 31, 2019 I do not think that meditation is necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Your attitude and desire to maintain your health in the form - the key to success.
nattekut Posted August 1, 2019 #12 Posted August 1, 2019 I do not much believe in Yoga or meditation but I have seen it working out well for my wife and daughter. Me personally I rather like having a good drink to relax
