I have been trying to get in touch with the help team since many days regarding my money refund. I had deposited on 06/05 and the bank confirmed it reached the recipient but I never got it in my stake account nor did i get the refund. I am asking for help from them since many days and now when i even try and text on live chat no one is responding. 
money has been stuck since last 15days

i do understand they have a lot on their shoulders, but its been almost two days I texted on live chat and I still haven’t got any response. I dont think this is the way to treat your platinum customer.
