Huilzivan Posted June 23, 2024 #2 Posted June 23, 2024 This is an advertisement from Telegram itself, someone paid Telegram to advertise this
CoolNit Posted June 23, 2024 #3 Posted June 23, 2024 Yes stake has nothing to do with it and it has even warned many times not to fall for such traps. These are scammers

Let me explain. Sorry if the reading is bad, I don't speak English. I was accessing Stake's official channel on Telegram to check for any available bonuses. In the latest post, there was something about a Stake Airdrop. I clicked and followed the instructions. When I accessed the site, it looked exactly like Stake, but the bonuses were in cryptocurrencies. I clicked to receive the bonus in my Trust Wallet account, and that's when everything went wrong... I never imagined I would fall for something so stupid. I lost the only $300 I had. I couldn't afford to lose that money; it was all I had... Why would such a post, advertisement, whatever, appear in an official Stake channel? I know I was stupid, but I didn't verify anything because I was sure it was an official Stake channel. It all started through an official channel, and then I ended up on a fake one... VIDEO: userstake: devgabr Hi there .. First, that is telegram advertisement not from stake.. Stake won't do such kind of promotion . Second, you should verify these kind of malicious links to stake support before clicking . Better be safe than sorry in the end. Third , stake doesn't have "airdrop or token " like promotion. If ever they will have one .. they will surely post it on their official social media platform. And Eddie @Edwardhimself will confirmed it first on his stream . but sadly there's none . FYI , there's similar "scam" link on emails too .. Me ,myself got those phising emails. As a regular player and been on stake for long time. I practiced checking/verifying anything that looks suspicious to me to support especially if those links asking your wallet Id bec stake never ask wallet address instead..bonus is automatically credited to your balance (stake) .
Dekies12 Posted June 25, 2024 #11 Posted June 25, 2024 Sad for u brother 😢 atleast u learned a lesson 😪 karma my bro that scammers soon get hit by car
ubbey04 Posted June 25, 2024 #12 Posted June 25, 2024 Stake never fails to remind its player about phising emails or malicious promotions that can lead to hacking or scamming its player . Always verify .. before trusting anything you see on any social media platform. After support gave their side /evaluation about these kind of email I've received. I relay the message to most stake players especially those who handled a lot of groups on tg /X for awareness. I'm sorry to hear that you've been lure about these link and scammed that big amount .. we cant do anything about it .maybe served these as lesson . Next time be more vigilant and cautious . Rhoybin Posted June 25, 2024 #14 Posted June 25, 2024 I've been scam once, due to clicking unknown link which requires me to login into that link and after that I lost all my balance.
