Another topic closed without any reason

@SanjaTWhat's the reason you closed my topic about marketing team?  Many users facing problem like mine, they suddenly stopped receiving promo emails. I spent like 2 hours emailing with support to get answer-why. You allowing spam on forum, thousands of messages like "ok" , "very nice" but blocking and restricting when somebody have something more to say.

This topic wasn't placed in support section, question for you was only part of it. I placed it in "general discussion" not without a reason.

When a post doesn't violate the guidelines it shouldn't just be deleted without any info and/or no reason. There is still freedom of speech as long as guidelines are followed, which Kituna did.

I have experienced it too, Stake forum community managers remove all the negative topic or even suggestion topic without any reason. And the ones who invest time writing a post feels helpless lol😂
