Kituna Posted June 28, 2024 #1 Posted June 28, 2024 @SanjaTWhat's the reason you closed my topic about marketing team? Many users facing problem like mine, they suddenly stopped receiving promo emails. I spent like 2 hours emailing with support to get answer-why. You allowing spam on forum, thousands of messages like "ok" , "very nice" but blocking and restricting when somebody have something more to say.Â
Community Manager SanjaT Posted June 28, 2024 Community Manager #2 Posted June 28, 2024 Hello there, Thank you for contacting us again. Your topic has been closed because I have provided you with an explanation regarding Forum sanction. But, regarding Marketing team's decision, unfortunately, we can't help you on Forum. For those kind of issues, we always advise users to contact Support team. Have a great day, Sanja
Kituna Posted June 28, 2024 Author #3 Posted June 28, 2024 This topic wasn't placed in support section, question for you was only part of it. I placed it in "general discussion" not without a reason.Â
Snickers Posted June 28, 2024 #4 Posted June 28, 2024 When a post doesn't violate the guidelines it shouldn't just be deleted without any info and/or no reason. There is still freedom of speech as long as guidelines are followed, which Kituna did.
panky161 Posted June 28, 2024 #5 Posted June 28, 2024 you need to wait for support reponse as well for whole day these days but good luck
Grabber07 Posted June 28, 2024 #6 Posted June 28, 2024 I have experienced it too, Stake forum community managers remove all the negative topic or even suggestion topic without any reason. And the ones who invest time writing a post feels helpless lol😂
