0xPaarth Posted July 7, 2024 #1 Posted July 7, 2024 Does changing the seed that u have actually do something...? I don't get the logic of doing that, the odds r still gonna be the same right...?
MrArthur Posted July 7, 2024 #2 Posted July 7, 2024 Well if you have a good seed that keeps your balance stable then you can stay on the same seed. Talking about odds, for example if you hit something big you could reset your seed since other big hit could be far away, but it is a pure theory on this. Also i can be wrong on this but i think stake seed's only applies to stake original games. Also after reseting your current seed stake unhashes previous server seed so you could view all your past and future hits.
Librarian Posted July 7, 2024 #3 Posted July 7, 2024 @MrArthur out of curiosity how do you do that? I wonder how far away my next 1000x was after i hit 2 within 10k plinko balls.
MrArthur Posted July 7, 2024 #4 Posted July 7, 2024 You can visit this page -> https://stake.com/provably-fair/calculation and enter details. Afther that you could just change nonce /\ or \/ to see past/future results. For more user friendly simulation you will need some programming skills. So you could just make a loop simulation so instead of manually scrolling between each spin you could simulate for example 10000 spins and outcomes. Aaand writing this answer gave me idea of creating one of my own 🤣
