I received the same message early this morning, and i also managed to be on the ascent, sve, lvl up and rumble winner lists for this week...
I had a mail for bonus limited account for 30 days a month ago, and now this...
I spoke with the support and according to them, next to what they see i should be available to claim the rewards once they'll be distributed, but i doubt this is granted...
I've always been a legit player, never used any bot, never had an alt account, i don't even claim any drops even during the eddie show as i can't manage to claim them since several months, however fast i can be...
i'm very disapointed by this new mail, as stake promotions are great and i always tried to win them since i discoverd it...

Yes, I received a permanent mute once due to a misunderstanding with a current moderator. It was an isolated incident and not reflective of my normal behavior. Since then, I’ve learned to communicate more clearly and respectfully, and I’ve used that experience as a lesson to help others avoid similar situations in the future.
Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
Yes, I’ve served as a moderator on a small Thai gaming Discord server. My duties included keeping the chat organized, welcoming and assisting new members, and helping resolve minor conflicts. Although it wasn’t a large platform, the experience taught me the importance of consistency, fairness, and being attentive to community needs.

- Study the rules of the chat room carefully and maintain the chat room to be correct, honest, patient to withstand the pressure that you have to face, polite, not discriminating against religion, race, and maintain the order of the chat room to always be peaceful.

Let me give you a quick update on the situation of Thai chat room as of June 25, 2025.  There are 2 types of Thai users which are
1. A small number of real Thai registered users, and
2. Alt accounts registered under someone else id. (By thousands or more accounts)
These alt accounts are programed to chat 24/7. They do their farming job and got replace every few days.  All there alt accounts are registered and controlled by one single person. 
Mean while the real Thai registered users are being neglected, scattered, and pushed away further and further everyday from chat room by way of negative contents bombardment by those bots upon the process of rain farming.
If you head over to the chat room right now you probably find 99% of alt account farming and chatting away happily, you may also find our chat room moderator having fun talking with those bots.  
Kindly investigate our current moderator as it is likely that he/she had been registered under a fake identity. If she is a Thai, she would recognize bot language easily.  What I see was a moderator is teaming up with bots for the goal of their personal interest, not the growth of the Thai community. 
I'm a Thai, I can differentiate people from bot easily no matter how fluent they are.  I never work as moderator but I feel the need to take part and protect the community. I'm willing to work long hours to and be the one watching, instead of being watched.
Make me a new moderator, and it will be a nightmare for all the chat bots, I will track all alt accounts that likely to be registered with fake ids. I shall send you reports on which accounts should be permanently banned to keep every community safe.
