It's always a dream of mine to break into this field of work but never got the chance to, if this is something that gets me a step into this field then I'm more than happy to do so. As a native Thai speaker, I feel like this would be an amazing way to make use of my native language.

Good moderator needs to create good atmosphere in chat with no toxic personalities where everyone feels better than everywhere. It has to be a space where all users can enjoy chatting with other peoples.

In my own words (not copy and pasted): Moderators responsibilities are to monitor online discussions forums and its contents and try to promote positive environment and growth for all users in all topics and regulate any negative feedback in real time while there is freedom of speech there will always be overly bias users expressing themselves online bullying etc should be discouraged and it is a moderator's responsibility to maintain peace within our own community.

I was born in Thailand and moved to United States for education where I became fluent and well versed with both languages and understand both cultures and I have been generally positive member of both communities and i can moderate stakes forums with a good attitude.

Answer - yes, i was muted for not following the rules but for the amount hours i have in the chat i would say in a 9/10 chat user never been banned on this platform or any other.

Answer - Yes, I have experience moderating on other platforms such as discord server. In these roles, I’ve helped manage communities by enforcing rules, resolving conflicts, and creating a positive atmosphere for users. I actual worked there sports book addressing players bets and unsolved issues created about using the sports book.knowledge about sport and related a moderator. I am watching daily sports and I read also about sports daily.

I have never been banned or warned from any platform. my previous job was inspector as well. I need to inspect client account issues and transfer transaction issues in the crypto industry then inform clients how to solve issues or cause of blocking account

I have never been a moderator on any platform; however, my background experience is related to the moderator position. I have been working in customer service at the gate.io company. my job position is to inspect client problems, classify issues, solving client account

I'm able to work any shift such as the morning shift, afternoon shift, or graveyard shift due to my previous working schedule I need to work as customer support at any time according to the manager's requirements.
