Moderator needs watch for conversations of users, deleting spam or flood, following community rules and eliminating any inappropriate behavior. Good moderator needs to create good atmosphere in chat with no toxic personalities where everyone feels better than everywhere. It has to be a space where all users can enjoy chatting with other peoples. 4. In my opinion people who enjoy spending time on Stake and are passionate about the platform might want to give back to the community. Being a moderator allows them to help improve the overall experience for everyone. Also being a moderator is a way to gain valuable experience in online community management, conflict resolution, or even customer service. It’s a way to build skills that could be useful for future roles in digital spaces. 5. Never muted/banned or warned in chat 6. I was moderator on eng-speaking chat on CSGOPOLYGON and on CIS site CSGORUN, i left from the first one by myself cuz i didnt had so many time for chat on college, on 2nd site i left by myself too because of the low salary and very busy schedule. 7.
