Moderators also act as role models, setting an example for positive and constructive interactions within the community.
4)Why do you want to become a moderator on this chat?
I want to become a moderator because I feel that many people believe only high-level players, like those with Platinum status, can be trusted as moderators. This perception can discourage new players from fully trusting the chat environment. I want to change that mindset by showing that even low-level players can be responsible, trustworthy, and effective moderators. I aim to bridge the gap and help new players feel more included and comfortable.
5)Have you ever been warned, muted, or banned?
Yes, I was banned 3 to 4 times when I was a newcomer. At the time, I was unfamiliar with the rules and accidentally violated them. However, I’ve since learned from that experience and made sure to strictly follow the platform’s guidelines.
6)Have you ever been a moderator on any other platform?
While I haven’t been a moderator on any other platform, my active participation in the Stake chat has given me a solid understanding of the responsibilities involved. I am confident in my ability to handle the role with fairness and professionalism.
7)Are you prepared to work at nighttime?
Yes, I am fully prepared to work nighttime shifts. I understand the importance of having moderators active at all hours to maintain the chat’s smooth operation and ensure a safe environment for everyone.
