Hello Stake community. I've been contacting support for a while now about changing my username and deleting my promo code. The main problem I'm having is with my username. When I registered on the platform, I didn't realize that username would be my game username. I didn't imagine it would be like that. My username is something very personal, which makes me uncomfortable when typing it in events and chat. I've contacted support several times over the past few months, and it's never been possible to change it. My suggestion is that you could at least process one username change request. My second problem is with the promo code. When I registered, I used a promo code from someone who encouraged me to sign up. The thing is, they haven't done anything related to Stake for a year now, and I'd like to delete my promo code, mainly to avoid giving them any benefits, which they never gave me. I'd like this to be possible so I don't lose my progress in the game and can continue playing more comfortably. I also asked about permanently deleting the account so I could create another one with a different username and without a promotional code, but that's not possible either, since my data remains in the system and doing that would constitute having multiple accounts. So, in short, I'd like the option to change my username at least once and also have the freedom to delete the promotional code. Good luck to everyone.
