Good morning for all. I'm gonna start asking if it have happened to another person or it's just my account/stats on stake, because my cousing even my brother always gets better bonuses than me (They both are gold rank and do not wager more than 2k per week) My Stake ID (As this forum) is ArceS2, i've been using stake for more than a year and i am currently at 23% of platinum 2. I don't know why neither when the amount of weekly bonus has decreased too much for me, it doesn't matter how much i wager, win or lost because it seem that not affect how big (OR SMALL) the weekly bonus is for me. I'm gonna show / explain below: I've been wagering more than 20K per week and weekly bonuses are arround 5 USD in better of cases, i don't know why but i remember that when i was Gold or Platinum 1 i used to wager less and bonuses were juicier, you could say, "OK man, but you maybe are more profit than then." but that fake. i'm cooked since April 25. (Will attach monthly stats since April 'til now) Due on this screenshots i don't show all time stats on stake and every day/weeek this is a resume of my last 8 month here. In all cases the wagering amount didn't affect the weekly amount and stake stills giving me arrund 5 dollars as shown, due i always get max 10 US as weekly i've dedided not to screenshot it every week, it has no sense. Vip stair bonuses seem doesn't exist for me anymore, no promotions no another bonuses that i could claim, really strange, as i mentined at the beginning, my counsing and even my brother wager 1 / 2 k per week and their weekly are better than mine and they receive a lot of bonuses or promotions, No one on support could give me an explaination of why this account seem to be the most cooked account on the familly even my town. (I THINK IT'S NOT NECESARY TO CLARIFY THAT WE'RE ON A CASINO AND RESULT ARE RANDOM, BUT IT SEEMS FOR ME THAT RANDOM FACTOR IS ALWAYS LOSE) Does it ever happned to you?
