I have tried many times but all I get from support is the there is no appeal and the decision is final. There is no doubt they have a problem with their software that detects cheating/chip dumping/collusion. They just do not seem to care about investigating anything. Keep in mind I am only banned from GC poker. Stake is more than happy to let me play for real SC poker which makes no sense if they feel I cheated in some way. i was playing 200K GC buy in with full tables. I check back often an no one is playing those stakes anymore so I am guessing many people were banned.

Same thing happened to me two days ago. I do not play for money, just gold coins. I got the same responses from support as you did. Basically the decision is final and there is nothing I can do. The odd thing is they didn't ban me from playing stake cash. If I did someone wrong to get banned with fake cash, why would they let me play for real cash. Only thing I can think of is they want me to go to my only option - spend money.
